Our Client purchased Microsoft 365 two years prior, yet adoption rates were very low due to a lack of awareness and training. Employees were still using 3rd party, ungoverned tools that left the organization's data at risk.

We were engaged for a series of experiential hands-on workshops. Using demo tenants, the attendees for each session drafted and worked through an agenda that was based on current work flows, pain points and needs. It was so well-received, we were invited back for additional sessions.
Impact
Employees were excited to use the tools and features and returned to their respective departments as champions. They became the ad-hoc trainers that drove adoption within their teams.
