Our client develops advanced nuclear energy solutions and received a significant multibillion-dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The client's multiple contract tools and procedures lacked visibility, unified functionality and scalability, and did not satisfy strict DOE regulatory & audit mandates. To support projected growth and DOE mandates, client needed to improve internal processes and centralize the management of contracts.
Pivotal’s project team evaluated the existing manual procurement and contracts management processes, developed use cases and business & systems requirements resulting in the proper selection of a Contracts Lifecycle Management System (CLMS). Pivotal also optimized internal business processes, architected future workflows and created a strategic roadmap for implementation and adoption of the new CLMS.
