Our client had a manual, time consuming hiring process that spanned 10 Operating Units (OU) across the US, all with different processes and systems with little to no visibility and insights to provide to leadership.
In under 3 months Pivotal developed a centralized and standardized hiring process for all 10 US OU’s leveraging their Microsoft 365 investments to build a scalable Hiring Application with role-based access utilizing the Power Platform. The application included automated notifications, intuitive administration capabilities and delivered reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
Our Hiring Application delivered a standardized and centralized solution spanning all OU’s in the US, reduced overlapping systems/processes, reduced time-to-hire by 30%, reduced support time-to-resolution, and provided reporting dashboards to monitor metrics and flow of process and promote accountability within the business.
